Customer Care
We are a newly established family-owned farm. With two young children we hope to instill strong family values, work ethics and a customer service focused mind set through the work that we do together on our farm. We treat everything we do here as an opportunity to grow as a business and a teaching opportunity for our children. It is our goal to provide the lip balm from as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. We encourage people to support local small businesses. We will do our best to update our websites regarding inventory every night at 9PM CT. If the order cannot be fulfilled. We will reach out to you and your order will be refunded.
Privacy & Safety
We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. We do use a third party to print shipping labels outside of that. All information that is obtained through the website will not be sold or shared with anyone outside of our company.

Subscription
An order for the subscription will automatically be placed every month or however often the customer has agreed to. Customers will be charged under their same payment method with the information that they originally used to purchase the subscription. Once that is completed the customers order can be fulfilled.

Cancelling Subscription.
Please email us us directly at GuerrillaPastures@gmail.com 30 days in advance of planned cancellation. Be sure to include costumers name, address, phone number and a reason for the cancellation. We are not interested in rebutting your reason for the cancellation rather how we can improve our process for our costumers.

Medical Disclaimer
All of our products contain beeswax and bee essence. People who have a known allergy or hyper sensitivity to bees should not use any bee products.
